I can't be happier with Lunakai's ashwagandha KSM-66 gummies! Since I included them in my daily routine, I have felt an incredible change in my energy, mood and general calm. As someone who sometimes struggles with the stress of work and irregular nights of sleep, these gummies have been a delicious and effective solution.The first thing that conquered me was the flavor: they are super delicious, with a fruity touch that makes taking them a pleasant moment of the day, nothing to do with the hard-to-swallow capsules! The quality of KSM-66, the purest and most studied ashwagandha extract, is really noticeable. After a couple of weeks, I began to feel more relaxed during the day, even in times of high pressure. My concentration improved, and I no longer feel that mental fog that stopped me before.

I've been taking Ashwagandha for years with great results. Once KSM-66 hit the market as a standardized extract, I jumped on it. With most supplements, you never quite know what you're getting. The label could say 500mg, but what parts of the plant are you getting and how potent is it? Standardization changes that, though, so for ashwagandha I only take it as KSM-66. The problem here is that the label seems to claim 1,000mg in 2 gummies. I typically take 600mg of my usual brand of capusle, and most gummy brands only have 100-200mg KSM-66 per gummy, so I decided to take a closer look. The label says 1,000mg KSM-66 ashwagandha root from 12:1 extract. A deceptive tactic often used on suppliment labels is to make it sound like there's more of something than there actually is. If you have 100mg of ingredient X from 10:1 extract, then there's only 10mg extract in the overall product. Therefore, if there's 1,000mg of ashwagandha root from 12:1 extract, that tells me (if my math is correct) there's only 83mg of KSM-66 in two gummies. If there is actually 1,000mg in 2 gummies, then that's about 3 times as much as other brand out there, which seems unlikely.Everything else seems fine with the product. Sure there's more sugar/carbs than necessary, but that's more or less typical, and it has all the right industry check marks. My only real issue is that this appears to have a very small dose of the main ingredient, which also happens to be the most expensive. Therefore, I'll be sticking to my normal brand, which I know gives me 600mg KSM-66 in every dose over the 1,000mg ashwagandha root from 12:1 extract.

No artificial sugars, only organic tapioca syrup and organic cane sugar to give this natural strawberry flavored Ashwagandha Extract Gummy by Lunakai its sweet taste. Powered by KSM-66 which is a full spectrum Ashwagandha extract know for its high concentration, these gummies are made without any chemical extraction or solvents.This is the best well made in terms of ingredients gummy I've found and the flavor is great, they are easy to chew and they give you a nice boost of Ashwagandha. I just have to remember to stop at two a day.

I would rather take a pill. These are weirdly soft so right off you know something is wrong. The flavor starts off kinda bad, then keeps getting worse so by the end you've chewed 95% of it and it has completely infiltrated your mouth and then you get an explosion of gross. I cannot recommend them.
