UPDATE-finished 2nd bottle So after finishing my second bottle and I'm finally starting to true results! here are my thoughts....-reduction in hair shedding! The amount of hair in my shower drain is now down to half of what it used to be!!!! Seriously, the difference is AMAZING!!!!!!!-hair scalp is still oily but it has calmed down.-little to zero new hair growth-zero difference in eyelashes-zero difference in nails-zero difference in skin-zero increase in acne (unlike when I've taken other vitamins with similar ingredients) I will purchase another bottle and keep taking this since I'm having less hair shedding (first time in years!) and I love how easy these are to digest. Vitamins take a long time to start seeing noticeable affects. But, I'm glad I've stuck with these since Im finally starting see a huge reduction in hair loss.ORIGINAL REVIEWI just finished my first bottle and made sure to take 2 per day everyday. No huge differences but I will continue taking them and I just started my second bottle. I did not see any results with growth or hair/nail strength but I also believe it takes at least 90 days to see benefits from new vitamins.-have a very sensitive stomach and these never bothered me.-They are very easy to chew and never got stuck in my teeth (unlike most gummies).-mild flavor-No difference in nail growth or strength-no difference with skin. This didn't cause extra acne breakouts like some vitamins cause me.-no difference with eyelashes-the ONLY difference I have with my hair is a weird one. I typically have a normal scalp (not oily or dry). However, after about 2 weeks of these vitamins I started to get an oily scalp. Now that I'm finished with the first bottle I would say my scalp is now oily! I used to wash my hair every 4 days but now I look like a grease ball after 1 day.-zero hair growth or change in hair strength thus far. I have ultra thin, fine hair (I'm basically balding) so I was hoping this might help with that.... but so far it has not. I just started my second bottle and will continue with this brand of vitamins for 1-2 more months to ensure I'm giving them a proper chance. They are just so easy to chew and digest so I enjoy taking these each morning.
