Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order that has been submitted via our website, please email hello@lovelunakai.com to request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order.

We can generally cancel an order within this 30 minute time frame, but sometimes our warehouse fulfills orders quickly and we cannot prevent it from shipping.  When this happens, please go ahead and receive the order and contact us at hello@lovelunakai.com to process a return.
