These are an easy to take gummy that's plant based and helps lower cholesterol. I waited to start these because I was having my blood work done with my yearly physical and thought I'd have a good starting point to actually track how well they work. I've been taking them for almost a month and am having repeat blood work done in five weeks for a surgery and am going to have my cholesterol levels checked again then and will update if I see significant changes.
