This multi-mineral supplement from Lunakai is incredible. There's no way to list here everything that's in it. But I have purchased EACH of these items separately in the past... so the costs savings is tremendous! And it's only TWO pills a day instead of 10-14 when I've had separate supplements! They are easy to swallow, I've noticed increased energy and staying hydrated better because of the trace minerals!
