This product is good for boosting testosterone. I haven't been tested prior to using the product or after, so I can't attest to how affective it's been. I also am not an independence laboratory, so I can't verify that this product contains what it says it does, but if it does it has a good amount of these important nutrients. Product has a good, clear label that indicates what it is supposed to contain, and how much they recommend that you take. I'd recommend following Dr. Jim Stoppani's guidelines if you're taking it for testosterone boosting.
