I look for vitamins that are easy to take, which means I'm compliant - and also not overdone. I've learned that more isn't always better, and that for maximum benefits, some vitamins should not be combined. So, I typically look for a product that doesn't over-dose, over-combine, and over-sweeten. Lunakai delivers! It's preservative-free, has NO corn syrup, is Vegan and GMO-free, and uses third-party testing for quality assurance.I love them! I also think it's better to process B12 as naturally occurring Methylcobalamin.
